Branding a Community with Heart, History, and a Digital Edge

THE SITUATION REPORT:

Moosic Borough, a town rich in heritage and community spirit, sought to modernize its public-facing communications while honoring its storied past. The borough needed a cohesive brand identity and digital presence that would resonate with residents and visitors alike. Vinciguerra Creative was enlisted to bridge the gap between tradition and innovation, crafting a brand that reflects Moosic’s unique character.

THE IMPACT ZONE:

We developed a comprehensive branding strategy that began with a custom-designed logo, featuring a banner celebrating Moosic’s founding year. This visual identity extended to a responsive government website, providing residents with easy access to information and services. To further engage the community, we created promotional materials for the borough’s smartphone app, designed holiday ornaments for community trees, and produced a newsprint ad thanking residents for recognizing Moosic as the best town in the Triboro. Our efforts were recognized with a 2nd Place award in the Pennsylvania Association of Boroughs (PSAB) Borough News Annual Municipal Website Contest.
