THE SITUATION REPORT:
For over four decades, the Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival has been a cherished tradition in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains. But as audience expectations evolved, the festival faced a new challenge: how to stay rooted in heritage while becoming a destination for the next generation. Vinciguerra Creative was brought on board to help the festival do more than promote events—we were tasked with helping it evolve. Four years later, that creative partnership is still going strong.
THE IMPACT ZONE:
What started as a bold rebrand in 2022—featuring a whimsical banjo-playing frog mascot—sparked a full cultural refresh. From ADDY® Award-winning merchandise and collectible coloring books to kid-friendly contests, and community-first messaging, we’ve helped Wind Gap build an identity that feels as good as it sounds. Every year, the experience gets tighter, bolder, and more magnetic. The visuals work harder. The merch sells faster. The loyalty grows deeper.
